Project financing
In accordance with the provisions of the Treaty of Friendship, Partnership and Cooperation between Libya and Italy, the Italian side is committed to providing an amount of (5) billion dollars (equivalent to (3.6) billion euros for the implementation of the project. Compensation, mine clearance.
